HR Support Officer :
Work in collaboration with the wider HR team to assist in the delivery of all HR initiatives that support the business objectives.

Provide proactive customer service to support the day to day function, being responsive and adaptable dependant on business requirements.
Key Accountabilities :
** Ensuring that our customer’s needs are met as the first point of contact for queries.
** Resolving queries and ensuring that the correct signposting occurs.
** Work in partnership with the HR management team to provide administration support across all of the HR work streams and across both sites.
** Act as a first point of contact for our customers ensuring that they are signposted to the right service.
Provide support on all of the administration required ranging from;
** Production of letters
** Meeting papers,
** Preparations of SAR (Subject Access Request) packs
** Collating results from surveys
** Production of merit lists
** Collation of MI and absence data,
** Any other documentation required to ensure we provide an excellent service.
** Complete the Security Vetting pre employment checks.
** Support the delivery of Inductions to new starters.
** Support the management of all supplier relationships and service delivery.
** Provide support to a range of HR Projects in accordance with the HR delivery plan.
** Support the team with continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice.
** Adhere to policy and in particular Equality and Diversity.
** Demonstrates ability to work effectively to support the Business in establishing credibility, building relationships quickly; self-motivated to manage needs and expectations of customers, to ensure an excellent standard of customer service.
** Flexible and able to adapt to address the business requirements.
** Applies systematic approach to planning and managing multiple tasks, and can demonstrate the delivery of tangible outcomes.
** Demonstrates a strong commitment to the principles of Equality and Diversity across all.
Person specification :
Essential Criteria :
Job holder must want to undertake a CIPD accreditation qualification and have an understanding of HR.
PC literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
